I’m apartment hunting and I’m finally about to get out of Thousand Oaks and jump right into the belly of the beast, Los Angeles. Apartment hunting is a trip though. I’ll see a 500 square foot STUDIO or 1 bedroom for like $2,350… then the next city right outside Los Angeles will have a gorgeous 2,000 square foot, 3 bedroom, 2 bath HOME for rent for $950 a month…...
